Yesstyle are amazing

Yesstyle are amazing, I was really worried about buying fakes, I always am but Purito have a website to check if your product is real and they are so definitely no fakes here. The selection of things to buy is absolutely brilliant, it’s hard to choose because so many amazing things to buy, especially in beauty. I’ve had a couple of issues with like a product leaked a few times (always the same product so not yesstyles fault) and I email them and they reply very quickly and always sort it out. Can’t recommend them enough honestly, the customer service is brilliant, fast delivery especially being in the UK I thought it would take a lot longer, they always have sales going on and you can get yesstyle points which you can use to get money off your next order. The only thing I don’t like is that on some products it says ‘delivers after 21 days’ so I end up not getting them but other than that they are amazing. 100% I recommend. Not sure if I’m meant to do this but here’s a code DJ8F4C

Anxious

Yrs ago,I swore I wouldn't order from yesstyle because it took mths for delivery. But I found myself ordering from them again cause they have the sandals that I want. So far, I think I've done the wrong thing reordering from them. Replies are long in coming and you read that your order is awaiting stock. Confusing as at time of ordering, it says stock available. I would like to receive my order in time to enjoy summer. So Sad . I have received a reply from yesstyle saying something about look up stocks available. But I shouldn't have to if it says in stock when I order. So I'm not sure what they are saying. As far as I'm aware, if it says stock available then it shouldn't take long to ship

This site is very effective, easy and fast processing. Most of all my korean skincare needs are here and that’s fantastic!

Slow to ship

After 19 days post order, there is still no shipping or tracking information available. A request for a refund has been answered with 'be patient'. I suspect YesStyle do not hold any stock so be weary of super slow shipping times.

shipping time too long

I purchased a shirt and skincare products, some of the clothes kept on being not being shipped after the timeframe that they suggested (7-14days). After about a month I contacted customer service and luckily they solved the problem switching to other product instead. and refunded me the money. Everything arrived in great conditions, clothing is ok quality. Only thing I would complain is the shipping time, it was arround 2 months from the moment I purchased until it arrived.

I really like all the offered products…

I really like all the offered products and they are not even expensive. I need some of them in my daily life and to bye them somewhere else is so exhausting, because I live in Europe and asian skincare brands is not so easy to get here. I only hope that the free shipping access is going a little bit down, that's all.

I've been using this website to get clothes, skincare, and makeup for over a year or two and I love it. Sometimes the quality isn't fully there but overall it's an excellent site.

The shipping was relatively fast most…

The shipping was relatively fast most of the time. However, I found it quite inconvenient how they would not ship out the order until every single item is confirmed to be able to be shipped out. They didn't even tell me until nearly a month later that my order would be delayed because of one item. Other than that, yesstyle is a very nice place to shop since it provides a lot of brands and styles.

My order still isn’t here, how disappointing!

I placed an order on 4th September. Expected shipping time was said to be 17th September. It is 17th September today and I still haven’t received the order nor any email. It says waiting for stock and processing. I need that order for an important event and now I’m not even sure on what to do. I even contacted customer service and it’s been 12 hours since I got no reply other than an auto generated message.

Hi if the item state that it was in stock and it will ship within 24 hours is that true ?

No it is probably not true. The shipping is usually longer. I selected express shipping which is 3-5 business days but the expected shipping date was 22 days away lol

What type of packaging do the products from YesStyle come with?

Delivery from Yesstyle comes well packaged and in a timely manner. My last order came in a fancy white box with Yesstyle's sleek logo on top. Inside, each item is also packaged individually.

If you're a sucker for cute and elegant packaging like I am, you can not miss YesStyle's Beauty Box! The item always comes in a colorful pastel colored box and each individual item is bubble wrapped. I haven't come across many other Asian makeup boxes that can compare.

Yesstyle is based in Hong Kong, but they sell authentic beauty products from all over East Asia such as Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.

Products are made in countries all over Asia, but Yesstyle is a Hong Kong Based company. The best thing about shopping with them is unlike with many other overseas companies, you don't need to worry about international shipping fees, and shipping is pretty fast regardless of where you are in the world.

How is their customer service? Is it easy to contact YesStyle?

No complaints about customer service or contacting them so far. You can go on their website's "contact us" section to send them an email straight from their site by filling in the fields they provide. So far I've always received prompt replies and friendly emails. If need be, they even have an "email our CEO" option.

They have great customer service! I had an issue with my order not going through and the Yesstyle reached out to me through email apologizing and even sent me some coupons! If you go on their website and click on the upper left hand corner, you can see that you can check your order details and track shipping straight from their website.
